Tom Dunn
A third generation construction company owner, Tom is principal and president of K.C. Heritage Construction Company. He maintains a legacy of quality, care and professionalism that has signified the Dunn name in construction for decades. His experience includes more than 200 projects totaling more than $125 million. Tom’s extensive experience in new construction and tenant finish makes him a perfect fit for the Parkway 133 project.

Mike Fox
Mike founded Excel Stucco, Inc. in 1987—a leader in Kansas City’s residential plastering market. Mike formed B & F Homes in 2001—these homes can be found in many distinctive Johnson County neighborhoods including: Tuscany Reserve, Highlands Creek, Wilderness Valley, Highlands Ranch, The Woods Estates, Siena, Pavilions of Leawood, Hills of Ironhorse and more. B & F Homes is one of two builders at the new Canyon Creek and Wyngate. Mike is also co-developer of these two developments. As an experienced contractor, builder, developer and active member of the H.B.A., Mike believes that quality results require an unwavering commitment to details.

John Moffitt, Jr.
John Moffitt is President/Owner of Coldwell Banker, John Moffitt & Associates and President of Moffitt Development Company. He served as the 2003 President of Homebuilders Association of Greater Kansas City. John knows the marketplace intimately, as his firm has been involved in community development since the 1960s. As a successful realtor, John has a keen sense of what homeowners desire in their living environment. He brings extensive experience in large-scale development planning and residential projects to Parkway 133.

John Groebe
John’s varied experience in new home marketing, consulting, plan design and development spans nearly 30 years. He is a recognized leader in maintenance-provided communities. John’s expertise has been key to the success of over 20 subdivisions in Johnson County, including Edgewood, Patrician Woods, Willowbrook and Glynmor.
